I liked the items overall and thought they were nice. The quality seemed good, and I was happy with what I picked out. But wow, the service suddenly felt like it hit pause. It just took longer than I expected, which made the whole experience a little frustrating.

"Didn’t really match the plant"
I bought this leaf necklace thinking it would look like the real plant, but in person it just didnt. The shape felt off and the veins didn’t look right either. For the price, I expected way better botanical details.

"Everything felt kind of the same"
I was expecting way more options, but the selection felt limited. It seemed like almost everything looked the same, and I could barely find anything that matched what I was looking for. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it was just one of those places where there’s never enough variety.

"Exchange took way too long"
I don’t know, the whole exchange process just felt like it dragged on forever. I kept waiting for updates and it wasn’t really clear what was happening. When I reached out to support, they responded, but they weren’t that helpful, so I still felt kind of stuck. Not the best experience...

I felt the pricing was quite reasonable for what I received. The item looked really nice in person and didn’t have that cheap feel at all. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and feel like I got good value for my money.

"Nice item, but shipping took forever"
I do like the item I ordered, and it ended up being what I wanted, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. I ordered it thinking it would show up quickly, especially for the price, but it took much longer and I barely got any updates while I was waiting. I kept checking the tracking during my lunch break, which got old fast. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the wait was annoying.

Overall, I’m happy with it. The piece looks well made and the details are really nice in person. Just a heads-up for anyone buying it: check the finish when it arrives, because mine had a few tiny marks on it. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth knowing before you order.

"Arrived safely, but packaging was just okay!!"
The item showed up safe and nothing was damaged, which was definitely a relief!! That said, the packaging felt a little plain for the price. I kind of expected the unboxing to feel a bit nicer. Overall, it was fine, just not anything super impressive...

"Unique designs, checkout could be better"
I actually really like the designs here—they feel different from a lot of what I usually see. The only thing is the checkout process could be a bit smoother, but overall I had a good experience.

"Solid, but the finish is a bit rough"
The materials feel really nice and sturdy, so no complaints there. I just expected the finish to be a little smoother, honestly. It’s not terrible or anything, but that rougher feel is kind of annoying as hell for something that otherwise seems well made.

Not gonna lie, I was a little annoyed when my order showed up on time but one of the items wasn’t the color I picked. I emailed them and they did get it fixed, which I appreciated, but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was fine, just not a perfect experience.

"Pretty designs, but I wanted more of the real story"
I really like the leaf designs, and the work itself is definitely appealing. That said, the website feels a little too polished for my taste, almost like it’s trying too hard to look like a brand instead of letting the art speak for itself. Personally, I think if you’re buying something handmade or artist-driven, it just makes sense to know more about the person behind it and how it’s made. I would’ve loved to see more about the artist, the process, and what inspires the pieces...

"Looks different in real life"
It just wasn’t the same in person. The pictures and description made it sound way better than what actually showed up. I always get a little skeptical when companies use super polished wording, and this kind of proved why. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match what I thought I was getting

"I had this earring that broke…"
I had this earring that broke, and I emailed them kind of not thinking it would go anywhere. But they replied really fast, which was nice, and they got it repaired for me. They also helped me with a replacement part, so that was extra good and not something I was expecting. The whole thing was just easy and kind, if that makes sense. I’m really happy with how they handled it

"Cute look, but the sizing was way off"
I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, and went by the size chart thinking it would fit fine. When it showed up, it was way too small. I could barely get it on, and it didn’t feel at all like I expected. It’s frustrating because I actually really liked the look of it, but the fit just wasn’t accurate
